Mandie Curtis Banks joined the Cranaleith Family as Manager of Programs and Events in November 2023. Prior positions include Executive Director/Engagement Manager of the Philadelphia Gay Men’s Chorus; Program Director at the Wallingford Community Arts Center; Youth, Family, and Diversity Coordinator at the Scott Arboretum of Swarthmore College; and the Chair of the Theatre and Dance Department at the Episcopal Academy. Mandie has also taught dance, theatre, and yoga at a variety of schools and organizations and has performed on stages all over the country. As a champion of DEIA, she has served on several committees, including the Swarthmore College Diversity Advisory Group, Chester’s Mentoring Initiative, and the West Chester University BIPOC Scholarship Committee. Mandie has completed graduate course work in Arts Administration from Drexel University, a B.A. in Theatre from West Chester University, and an Elementary Education Teacher Certification from Moravian College.
