Charlene Flaherty has over 25 years of management experience in non-profit and government program management, policy and fund development with a focus on homeless individuals, those struggling with substance use, trauma and persistent poverty. She is known for her passion and results driven leadership.
Maria DiBello, RSM is a member of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas. At Cranaleith, she offers spiritual accompaniment and serves on the staff of the Spiritual Direction Formation program. She facilitates individual and group retreats and days of staff renewal for nonprofits with a particular focus on Cranaleith’s mission to welcome those on the margins of society and those who serve them.
Danielle Gagnon, RSM is a Sister of Mercy of the Mid-Atlantic Community. Her background is in resource development and non-profit administration.
Kathleen McCauley is the Program Director at Cranaleith. With decades of experience as a retreat leader, she has developed and facilitated retreats for churches, groups and individuals. Kathleen is trained in the areas of pastoral ministry, clinical pastoral work and spiritual direction.
Leslie Porreca, RSM is a member of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas. She has been called to minister as a clinical social work therapist, artist, garden-farmer and environmental advocate. She is head of Cranaleith's Contemplative Ecology initiatives.
