Ariel Warmflash

Digital Storytelling & Engagement Specialist

Ariel Warmflash (she/her) is a storyteller, educator, and community engagement specialist who has spent over 15 years creating spaces for creativity, honest conversation, and deep listening that has the power to change communities from the inside out. She has collaborated with people across the United States and internationally, designing experiences rooted in collective storytelling and genuine human connection.

As co-founder and Community Impact Director of the Inheritance Theater Project, Ariel spent a decade developing original, large-scale playmaking initiatives that put community voice at the center. Before that, she worked with Arena Stage, the Creative Arts Team, and Opening Act devising original plays and community programs with students and communities in New York and Washington, DC. She traveled internationally with the State Department to create original work with participants abroad in Croatia and India, and produced “Voices of Bokamoso,” a podcast series documenting the stories of people at a youth center in South Africa. Recognized as an Avodah Justice Fellow and Interfaith America Rising Leader, she has spent her career weaving together creativity, identity, and justice.

Ari also runs Warmflash Creative Consulting, offering creative strategy and engagement support to mission-driven individual & organizations, and holds a master’s degree in Applied Theatre from the CUNY School of Professional Studies. When she is not working, you can find her singing with strangers at a piano bar, dancing in her kitchen, or in the middle of any number of craft projects.
