Fredericka E. Waugh, MSW, is a successful professional who has worked in non-profit, faith-based and academic settings.  She has the ability to connect with all types of people from students to organization chairs.  Fredericka has worked with small and large organizations to create on-going relationships that result in programs that benefit all participating stakeholders.

Most recently, Fredericka E. Waugh was the Associate Director for Diversity & Inclusion for the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter. Ms. Waugh was a full time employee for fifteen years at the Association. Fredericka is a volunteer Caregiver Support Group facilitator for the past ten years. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Atlanta School of Social Work and her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Temple University School of Social Administration.  She has additional credits in family therapy, bereavement, suicide, sexual orientation, gerontology and end of life issues.  Fredericka lives in La Mott, in Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County, PA and is member of Salem Baptist Church of Abington, PA.
