Mandie Curtis Banks is the Director of Development and Marketing after previously serving as the Manager of Programs and Events at Cranaleith. Prior positions include Executive Director/Engagement Manager of the Philadelphia Gay Men’s Chorus; Youth, Family, and Diversity Coordinator at the Scott Arboretum of Swarthmore College; and the Chair of the Theatre and Dance Department at the Episcopal Academy. Mandie has also taught dance, theatre, and yoga at a variety of schools and organizations and has performed on stages all over the country. As a champion of DEIA, she has served on several committees, including the Swarthmore College Diversity Advisory Group, Chester’s Mentoring Initiative, and the West Chester University BIPOC Scholarship Committee. Mandie has completed graduate course work in Arts Administration from Drexel University, course work in Digital Marketing from Penn State University, a B.A. in Theatre from West Chester University, and holds a Teacher Certification from Moravian College.

Joziah Reynolds is the new Marketing Manager at Cranaleith Spiritual Center. Originally from Coatesville, PA, he graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Marketing & minors in Digital Marketing and Business Analytics. Joziah's love for Marketing comes from his passion to tell stories through visual representation. He hopes to introduce Cranaleith to a new audience by further developing a presence on social media and other platforms.

I am a seasoned culinary professional who has worked in many different areas of the culinary industry, such as hotels, upscale restaurants, nursing facilities, and corporate cafeterias. Before coming to Cranaleith, I was the Founding Executive Chef of Cristo Rey High School, focused on healthy cuisine and family style dining for students.

Elizabeth Hoffman
Elizabeth Hoffman joined our team as an Office Associate in November 2020. She has a degree in Event Planning and has worked in program development and support as well as case management while serving at risk individuals and families living in poverty.

Maria DiBello, RSM is a member of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas. At Cranaleith, she offers spiritual accompaniment and serves on the staff of the Spiritual Direction Formation program.
