I am a seasoned culinary professional who has worked in many different areas of the culinary industry, such as hotels, upscale restaurants, nursing facilities, and corporate cafeterias. Before coming to Cranaleith, I was the Founding Executive Chef of Cristo Rey High School, focused on healthy cuisine and family style dining for students. I have a traditional French and Italian cuisine background and I am very familiar with special diets for medical issues like diabetes and hypertension. I am also very fond of some of my gluten-free, kosher, and vegan culinary creations. It’s wonderful sharing my talents at Cranaleith!
