In mid-November, when we are processing the outcome of the US presidential election (whatever it may be), politics will likely be much on our minds. We may, as we often do, have trouble understanding the politics of those in our families and communities who think differently from us, and we may be wondering how to connect our own politics to our core spiritual convictions. Please join us for a contemplative evening as we discuss the often unseen spiritual and emotional dimensions that can lie beneath political discourse. Where can we locate grief behind grievance, a search for belonging beneath a politics of exclusion, and unity amid differences?
