Our world hurts and there has never been a greater need for courageous Christians to stand up and be counted. Scripture provides us the strength we need. Moreover, the wisdom of the Fourth Gospel’s “Beloved Disciple” can help us grapple with the challenges today holds.

Accordingly, we will engage with the seven appearances of this anonymous figure, and through a rhythm of prayer, input, silence and dialogue, discover the good news its writer wanted his late 1st century community to learn, and which, it being Scripture, should still apply today! Cranaleith’s contemplative space and nurturing environment will support our time of prayerful reflection.

• The retreat will begin on Monday evening at 6:00 pm with a dinner. The first program session on Monday will take place after dinner and will end at 8 pm.
• Breakfast will be served Tuesday – Friday at 9 am.
• Program sessions will be held Tuesday – Thursday at 10 am -12 pm and 2 – 4 pm. Lunch will be served each day at 12 pm and dinner at 5:30 pm
• Friday’s schedule will be breakfast at 9 am and a final session from 10 am – 12 pm.
