Catherine Maguire RSM, a member of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas, has over 20 years of experience in non-profit management, as well as program development and delivery. She facilitates retreats and days of reflection and is a spiritual director. Cathy was formally the executive director of Siloam, a mind, body, spirit wellness center for the Philadelphia HIV/AIDS community. Cathy is trained in the area of pastoral ministry and spirituality and, in the past, has worked in vocation ministry and in prison ministry. For many years she has been involved in the HIV/AIDS community in the areas of retreat work, counseling, and spiritual direction. Cathy holds a bachelor’s degree in Education-English and a master’s degree in theology with an emphasis in pastoral ministry and spirituality.
