Chef Quintel Coles is a seasoned culinary professional who has worked in many different areas of the culinary industry, such as hotels, upscale restaurants, nursing facilities, and corporate cafeterias. Before coming to Cranaleith, he was the Founding Executive Chef of Cristo Rey High School, focused on healthy cuisine and family style dining for students. He has a traditional French and Italian cuisine background and is very familiar with special diets for medical issues like diabetes and hypertension. He is also very fond of his gluten-free, kosher, and vegan culinary creations. Chef Q enjoys sharing his many talents at Cranaleith!
