Greetings and blessings from all of us at Cranaleith:
We are living in a moment of paradox that came upon us as suddenly as Spring.Within pleas for isolation and “social distancing,” we are discovering the deeper and more urgent call of community. Within waves of anxiety and fear, the persistent, quieter movement of courage and assurance awakens in us. Within a climate of “me first”, we are gifted with the greatheartedness of countless witnesses. As we listen to a barrage of information, views and updates, the silent, still voice of Love is breaking through. We pray. We listen. We imagine. We remember.
Over the years, many stories have converged here, stories that tell of overcoming hardship, suffering and challenge. Stories of goodness and beauty and seeking. We know the stories that have flowed here share in a global story of faith and the triumph of hope.
Below are some small ways we wish to reach out to sustain you on the journey.Weare holding you “virtually” in this sanctuary of trees…this place of belonging, peace and abundant mercy until we can welcome you in person. Be sure of our grateful love and our prayer that you experience yourselves “warmed and carried on the breast of God.”
