Meditation in Movement: Sunset Qi Gong, Gentle Yoga, and Fellowship (Outdoors at Cranaleith)

Step into a tranquil evening under the open sky where the body, mind, and spirit come into harmony. Together we’ll explore Tai Chi Qi Gong (18 form), Slow Flow Yoga, and a guided practice of mindfulness meditation—each movement and breath offering a pathway to ease, balance, and presence.
Afterward, we’ll continue the circle of community with snacks and fragrant tea. All are welcome—every age, everybody, every ability, every tradition. Come as you are and leave nourished in body and spirit.
Yoga mats, chairs, and props will be available to use.
Program will be held outdoors, weather permitting. If needed, it will move to the conference room.
