Art & Resilience: A Workshop in Drawing and Watercolor
Cathleen Cohen and Jeff Thomsen
September 11, 2025
Come as you are—and pick up a pencil and brush. In this gentle, joy-filled workshop, we’ll explore drawing and watercolor painting as pathways to resilience, reflection, and connection.
Whether you’re a curious beginner or a seasoned artist, this is a safe space to experiment, express, and simply be—in community with others. Together, we’ll explore still lifes, view inspiring artwork, and share in the creative process. No pressure. No perfection. Just the freedom to see differently, feel deeply, and respond to the world around and within us.
Art has a quiet way of helping us hold what words cannot. Through creative exploration, we rediscover our strength, our perspective—and our shared humanity.
All are welcome. All you need is openness, and maybe a splash of curiosity.
