We invite you, as a caregiver that needs the same grace, compassion, and care that you give to others, to consider self-care as a preventive measure. Self-care allows you to be prepared with what to do and where to turn in moments of crisis. Self-care allows you to stay the course and hang in there with what is happening. Caring for yourself is part of being a good caregiver for another.
Let’s work together and talk about our physical, emotional, spiritual selves in our relationships at work, home and in our communities. Let’s celebrate you for the hard work you are doing.
