Mindfulness is the practice of purposefully focusing our attention on the present moment, and accepting what is, without judgment or resistance. This does not come naturally. However it can be taught, and when learned, it is scientifically shown to increase physical, mental and spiritual health and well-being. Come, join our virtual gathering for a Saturday of experiencing ten mindfulness methods. Practices for deepening our spiritual awareness and inward connectedness, will be woven within the day. You can expect to feel refreshed, attuned, peaceful and joyful.
Remarkably, a group can do virtually on Zoom almost all of what can be done in person. There will be presentations, time for discussions in both large and small groups, private reflection and breaks. We take 45-60 minutes to eat lunch on our own or you may be invited to dine with the other participants at “tables” of 5-6 people. Join us! Even those attending our week-long retreats have been pleased with these formats and experiences.
